Silly Thanksgiving turkey eating pie.

The Colchester Food Shelf is preparing for Thanksgiving and looking to you, our loyal, very supportive Colchester residents, who continue to be wonderful assistants in the Food Shelf’s mission. We would like to offer dinner fixings along with a turkey to Food Shelf clients. We are looking for: boxed scalloped potatoes, turkey gravy, green bean casserole ingredients (green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and French fried onion rings), boxed stuffing mix, and cranberry sauce. We will be turning our freezers on to accept turkeys (12-14 lbs is a good size).

The Food Shelf will be open FOR DONATION ONLY of turkeys and fixings on Saturday, November 13, and Saturday, November 20, from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Distribution to clients will be Monday, November 22, and Tuesday, November 23.

The Food Shelf will be open Wednesday, November 10 and Wednesday, November 17, 12 Noon to 6 PM. We will have volunteers at the Food Shelf by 11 AM to accept donations on those days as well.

Thank you for your continued support and Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

PLEASE STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY!
