Beginning Saturday, October 2, the Colchester Food Shelf is adding an additional day, the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Hours on the First Saturday of the Month: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
The same guidelines will apply when visiting the Food Shelf:
- Please remain in your vehicle
- Please wear a mask while at the Food Shelf
- A volunteer will bring you a shopping list/perishable list
- If this is your first visit to the Food Shelf, please bring proof of residency which could be a utility bill, insurance bill, or mortgage/lease agreement. A driver’s license and/or car registration can NOT be used for Proof of Residency.
Where Can You Find Us?
The Food Shelf is located at 245 Main Street, Colchester, between Claussen’s Greenhouse and Union Memorial School. We can also be reached by phone at 802-879-2444.
Other hours are Wednesdays from 12 Noon to 6 PM.
