WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7 FOOD SHELF HOURS: 12 NOON TO 6 PM

The Food Shelf will be open this Wednesday, February 7, from 12 noon to 6 PM. Please remember to bring your proof of residency if you are new, have been asked to provide it, or if you need to provide it for 2024. We will be checking proof of residency during February for 2024. Clients have been doing a great job remembering Proof of Residency. If you haven’t already, please do it now and don’t wait.

EARLY DISMISSAL DAY: This Wednesday, Union Memorial School will have an early dismissal. Buses will be arriving at about 12:45 PM. Please try to remember to line up from the Claussen’s Greenhouse side from the time we open until approximately 1:30 PM. Watch for turning buses and parents parking at Claussen’s and walking across the Food Shelf driveway.

MASKS: Currently, all volunteers on Wednesdays and Saturdays will be wearing masks.

The Food Shelf will be open this Wednesday, January 31, from 12 noon to 6 PM and Saturday, February 3, from 9 AM to 11 AM. Please remember to bring your proof of residency if you are new, have been asked to provide it, or if you need to provide it for 2024. We will be requiring proof of residency during January and February for 2024. Please do it now and don’t wait.

REMEMBER: This Wednesday is still January. You can shop once per calendar month.

DONATIONS: If you are thinking about organizing a food drive, please look at our website. You can find a list of the shopping list items by visiting the Donate page (or click here to view the list). It is beneficial to all clients if donations are made using that list. We appreciate all your generosity. We are also very appreciative of the financial donations received and hope you find that you can continue to provide funds that we can put towards our purchases of items on our shopping list. Please note that the Food Shelf operates on an all-volunteer staff and financial donations to cover the cost of food and utilities.
